We bring the ice

Yes, you can do it. Cold exposure is challenging but incredibly rewarding. We will supply you with ice but you get to choose how much you want to add in. The key is to aim for a temperature that is uncomfortable but safe to stay in. For recommended protocols, check out what the experts say here.

Recycled Trees

We will bring you enough firewood to use in the sauna for the duration of your rental. The wood we bring is from trees that were removed from a local tree service as a way to utilize wood that would typically end up in the landfill. We have fire starter add-ons available at check out for smoother lighting.
