  • Yes, as a matter of fact we will deliver the sauna & chill trailer anywhere in the Calgary and surrounding area. We will bring the unit right to your driveway and set it up so that it is safe and secure in your place of choice. For deliveries outside of city limits there is an additional fee that will be charged at $1.50/km.

  • We built the sauna n’ chill unit to be accessible to people living in the city of Calgary. The length of the trailer is no longer than a standard F-150 pick-up truck so should be able to fit in any standard driveway. If you’re unsure or have another spot on your property where you would like us to set the unit up, send us an email and we can discuss the details.

  • We will deliver and set up the unit as well as provide an orientation on how to safely and properly use the stove and ice bath. We will supply you with enough firewood for the duration of your rental, two bags of ice and a sauna bucket with ladle. Before we leave, we’ll run you through the basics of sauna use so that you get the most out of your sauna n’ chill experience.

  • Yes! We will spend as much time as needed to ensure that you are comfortable with safely operating the sauna stove before we leave. To make it effortless, we have fire-starters available that are made with all natural, tree-inspired ingredients that will make starting a fire easier than ever.

  • This is a great question. We’ve actually created an entire page with different protocols you can follow, which you can read through <here>. We are happy to discuss our favorite ways to use the sauna but here are some of our main safety tips:

    Listen to your body. Sauna use should never be a competition to see who can stay in the longest. If you feel like you’re getting too hot or notice your heart rate escalating, leave the sauna and take a cool down period. We suggest using the sauna in cycles, which you can read all about on our protocols page.

    Stay hydrated. Saunas induce high levels of sweat which can be hard on our body. It’s important to hydrate with plenty of water both before and after your sauna session. Adding a pinch of salt to your water is a great way to restore lost minerals and electrolytes.

    Relax and enjoy. Focus on your breathing, allow yourself to enjoy the cozy heat. This is a great time for reflection or enjoying the company of those with you.

  • Please refrain from using the sauna under the influence. It’s dangerous. The use of alcohol and smoking (including tobacco, cannabis and vaping) is strictly prohibited in the sauna. Jewelry should be removed prior to a sauna session as the metals will heat up and can burn your skin. Please refrain from using glass in the sauna and be mindful of electronics. They can also heat up and sustain damage.
